New urban camper Copa

New urban camper Copa: the well-thought-out versatile model

Bürstner GmbH & Co. KG, one of the leading manufacturers of motorhomes and
caravans, is currently changing the chassis of its successful Copa model to the new
Ford Tourneo Custom V710. Both of the previous layouts, C 500 and C 530, have
been adapted for the new chassis, and important details have been developed
further for the customers.

Compact home from home feel taken one step further

The Copa is truly versatile and offers numerous product highlights that create an
even higher level of the #Wohnfühlen home from home comfort. The flexible layout
of the Copa C 500 effortlessly converts from an everyday vehicle into a camper with
that home from home feel, but can also be used to carry six people or bulky objects.
From a family excursion to a house move, the Copa can handle anything.
In everyday mode, the vehicle comfortably seats four people. The exclusive Bürstner
bench that converts into a bed effortlessly slides out of the way, thereby permitting
the insertion of two additional single seats. The storage space solution below the
bench has also been redesigned and now makes it possible to use the space even
more efficiently, and to arrange the luggage even better. The full-width load space
underneath the bench ensures easy transport of long objects such as skis or
surfboards.

The rear storage compartment can be loaded on two levels; the new Copa can
therefore be adapted to meet the customer’s requirements at any time, and used for
a wide range of different purposes.

In camping mode, the new bench that converts into a bed impresses with additional
advantages that make life inside the vehicle even more comfortable. Thanks to
a height-adjustable headrest, it instantly turns into a cosy couch for a relaxed
evening with a good book or a comfortable bed for getting a good night’s sleep.
The Copa C 530 is the perfect choice for people who are looking for an urban camper
with compact dimensions and a functional washroom/toilet solution. The layout
impresses with a functional rear area with a cassette toilet and a fold away sink.
The Wellness pack of extras offers the option of being able to shower inside the
vehicle, which is equipped with an outside shower in the standard version. To
facilitate this, the technicians have realised a variable shower concept with a
removable shower tray, shower curtain and hot water boiler.

Two drive versions: take your pick

The new Copa will be launched with the 2.0 litre Ecoblue diesel engine. The standard
version has a powerful 134bhp engine with a front drive and a manual transmission.
An automatic version with 134bhp or 168bhp is optionally available for customers
looking for an even more comfortable driving experience. The Copa is available with
either an additional self-locking differential for manual transmission engines or an
automatic four-wheel drive with 168bhp for those who prefer better traction.
The new Copa can now be ordered from many Bürstner dealers.
