Beim CARAVAN SALON in Düsseldorf ist dieses Caravaningerlebnis, ganz besonders intensiv spürbar - vom Fahrzeug bis zum Traumziel. Der CARAVAN SALON ist das Highlight und der Community-Treffpunkt für alle Freunde des mobilen Reisens und lädt für zehn Tage zum Branchenfest nach Düsseldorf ein. Vom 25. August bis zum 3. September 2023 (Preview Day am 25. August) können sich Caravaningfans aus aller Welt auf eine riesige Produktvielfalt rund um Freizeitfahrzeuge sowie Zubehör und das passende touristische Angebot freuen. Über 750 Aussteller präsentieren in 16 Hallen und dem Freigelände die gesamte Vielfalt aus der Welt des Caravanings. Neben Reisemobilen, Caravans und Campervans gehören Fahrzeugtechnik, Komponenten und Ausbauteile, Zelte, Mobilheime, Caravaning- und Campingzubehör & Equipment, Outdoorbekleidung und -ausrüstung, Tourismus-Destinationen sowie Naturregionen, Camping- und Stellplatzangebote zum Angebot.
CARAVAN SALON 2024 kicks off with dedicated tourism hall
People who are especially keen on travelling can look forward to a varied and interesting stage line-up at CARAVAN SALON DÜSSELDORF 2024.
This year the trade fair will take the tourism segment to the next level with its own dedicated hall. Hall 7, featuring a multitude of destinations for caravanning, hiking, trekking and biking, will be the new tourism hall. The ranges on show will be complemented by presentations by campsites and the attractive programme presented on the “Travel & Nature CONNECTED” stage.
Commenting on this Stefan Koschke, Director of CARAVAN SALON DÜSSELDORF, says: “The dedicated Travel & Nature hall responds to the wishes voiced by many visitors and exhibitors alike. Hall 7 is the travel market of the trade fair and the highlight for all outdoor fans. Visitors can book their active holidays here direct or get the best information on travel destinations near and far – offerings range from popular destinations in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia to Southern Europe.” Shared on stage again this year will be information and useful tips on regions and tours.
Many holiday regions use CARAVAN SALON to connect with their visitor base direct. “For tourist resorts presenting themselves in a dedicated hall at the trade fair is a great opportunity to win over people for the sports and activity offers in their home region. They truly know their regions and can tell visitors about their unique appeal with great passion. These direct contacts are highly appreciated by our visitors,” explains Patricia Barth in charge of Travel & Nature at CARAVAN SALON. In addition to destinations and tour operators the major camping guide and online portals as well as international camping associations are also represented in Hall 7.
A special highlight for all outdoor fans is the screening of footage from the European Outdoor Filmtour (EOFT) on the stage of Hall 7 on the Friday of CARAVAN SALON. Spectacular scenes include a biking adventure from Alaska to Tierra del Fuego, paragliding in Karakoram, mountain biking with the whole family or breathtaking snowboard runs in the Norwegian Lyngen Alps. The EOFT movie screenings are included in the admission to CARAVAN SALON.
