MORELO Reisemobile GmbH is se9ng the course for the future: effecAve 2026, Ralf SchüGe
has been officially appointed as an addiAonal Managing Director. Together with Managing Director
Robert Crispens, he will form the company’s dual leadership team going forward. MORELO is posiAoned

“By appoinAng Ralf SchüGe, we are strengthening our management team with a highly experienced
expert who has known our industry for decades and has been closely associated with MORELO for many
years,” says Managing Director Robert Crispens. “Together, we will take the next steps to further expand
our market posiAon.”
Ralf Schü;e – Motorhome industry expert with strong Les to MORELO
Ralf SchüGe has been acAve in the motorhome industry for around 35 years and has been travelling in
motorhomes himself for more than 40 years. What began as a personal passion soon became his
profession—paired with a clear understanding of what discerning motorhome customers expect.
He joined MORELO back in 2018, when the company was experiencing strong growth and needed new
structures in producAon. Working closely with Robert Crispens, he iniAally focused on lean management,
more efficient workflows, and clearly defined processes. To this day, his core responsibiliAes remain
producAon, process design and quality improvement—both in manufacturing and in the administraAve
funcAons that support it.
SchüGe not only understands the technology and producAon processes, but above all the people behind
the vehicles. He repeatedly emphasizes that “in the end, it’s the employees who build the product,”
highlighAng the excepAonal commitment across the organisaAon—from producAon through to
management. In parAcular, the team’s drive and strong idenAficaAon with the brand were key reasons
for him to join MORELO permanently and to Ae his future to the company.
As a long-Ame motorhome owner—unAl now driving a large vehicle from a compeAtor—he intends to
travel more frequently with MORELO motorhomes in the future, bringing product experience and the
customer perspecAve even closer together.
Passing the baton from Reinhard Löhner – a fi6ng transi7on at the top
The appointment of Ralf SchüGe also forms part of a generaAonal transiAon within the management
team: Reinhard Löhner reAred at the end of September 2025 aeer more than 13 years at the helm of
MORELO. Under his leadership, MORELO evolved from an ambiAous start-up into one of Europe’s most
influenAal manufacturers of luxury motorhomes. Löhner helped build the brand from the very
beginning, developed the Schlüsselfeld site into a modern producAon facility with strong appeal, and set
key milestones with models such as the EMPIRE LINER, the GRAND EMPIRE and the PALACE LINER S-Way.
He also shaped a corporate culture in which quality awareness, innovaAve strength and close
relaAonships with customers and employees play central roles.
MORELO thanks Reinhard Löhner for his outstanding commitment and pioneering work, which provides
the foundaAon for the company’s next phase of development.
